Delivery time varies depending on your location. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the shipment step by step.

Once your return has been received and processed, it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
